The Sales Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and guiding the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. This position involves developing and implementing sales strategies, mentoring team members, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.

Monthly salary
$40,000 – $45,000 MXN
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide leadership in the development and execution of new sales initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management or a senior sales role (3-5 years).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and Microsoft Office.
