Monthly salary
$15,000 – $17,000 MXN
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles.
