The Customer Service Supervisor plays a key leadership role in managing and guiding the customer service team. This position involves overseeing daily operations, providing support to team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service to meet organizational goals.

Monthly salary
$20,000 – $30,000 MXN
  • Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer concerns.
  • Develop and implement training programs for customer service representatives.
  • Analyze customer service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
